The infamous Zero Percent Remixes of Aussie rockers, The Jezabels, were commissioned in 2016. The transformation was extensive, taking a few original elements and transporting them directly to the club dance floor.
In doing so, the remix immediately polarised audiences on the blog circuit, while the band loved it. Here's what they said:
"We love this remix. We're all obsessed with Depeche Mode and this sounds like Depeche Mode. It's dark and we like that."
But the remix and extended remix were never officially released.
Since then Kim and Mike (of Zero Percent) have had countless requests for a link, a bloody release date, or even an unsolicited .wav file... and in their DJ sets the remix has turned into some kind of underground classic.
Now, to welcome the new year in 2019 we're finally making this available on our own label, Here To Hell. We hope you enjoy!
